Haunting Photo Depicts Princess Diana Meeting Baby Charlotte For The First Time

Most women are thrilled to introduce their newborn babies to their family members.

New parents always want to show off their infants to friends and family — these little miracles deserve to be fawned over by everyone.

When the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, gave birth to her baby girl on May 2, 2015, she knew her infant would have a lifetime of meeting other royals ahead of her.

There’s one royal family member she’d never get to meet, though: her grandmother, Princess Diana, who died after a car accident in August 1997.

Duchess Kate also never got to meet her mother-in-law. As we all know Kate’s husband, Prince William, Duke of Cambridge, loved his mother dearly.

Despite this, a photo that went viral after it was posted in 2015 seems to show Princess Diana, Kate, and Princess Charlotte all together.

The vintage-looking photo shows Kate holding Charlotte before her christening service, while Diana lovingly leans over her.

Although they never got to meet, this photo clearly shows Princess Diana staring happily at her granddaughter, Princess Charlotte.

The photo went viral, with over 31,000 likes on Facebook and almost 550,000 shares.

The vintage-looking photo is actually the product of an excellent Photoshop job.

The original image was created by Lori Vee Eastwood, who shared it on July 26, 2015.

As she explains, “I am a beginner to photoshop… I created this out of Love.”
