Have scratches on your car? Here’s how to easily fix them using WD-40

Maintaining and cleaning a car is not always the easiest thing to do. While some of us may go to the local car wash, others would rather save the money and maintain the car themselves. However, if there’s one thing that car washes can not fix, it’s scratches.

I honestly hate it when there’s a noticeable scratch on my car. It completely ruins the aesthetics of my car, and I find it mentally frustrating to deal with. After all, a car is a very big investment, and to see it scratched is depressing.

Fortunately, there’s a solution to car scratches. YouTuber CrazyRussianHacker is back with another wonderful life hack. Using WD40 and elbow grease, you can minimize the damage caused by scratches on your car. In the video below, he shows you how you can rub the two solutions together to reduce the noticeability of a scratch.

WD40 was first developed by Norm Larsen in 1953. It stands for Water Displacement, and it’s labeled as WD40 because it was the 40th formula before finding success. It’s original purpose was to repel water, but ever since it’s creation, it has been very useful around the house.
