There’s no denying that Jennifer Aniston has an exceptional body. In fact, Jennifer is pretty much the definition of “body goals” and she is one of the few celebrities that is never caught out of shape. But how does she do it? More importantly, if you wanted her body, could you commit to eating exactly what Jen eats?
Well Jennifer Aniston recently spoke to Elle magazine and seriously, her daily food menu will probably make you a little sad inside. Move over to the next page to see exactly what Jen consumes daily, and see if you have the strength of will to put up with her crazy diet.
In an interview with Elle, Jen revealed what exactly it is she eats to maintain her body: “When I wake up, I have warm lemon water and then I have a shake or avocado and eggs, which is one of my favourites.” For a woman who can afford to breakfast, lunch and dinner where she wants, she sure does keep it simple.
Aniston continues: “I sprinkle a little coconut oil on that. Sometimes, I’ll have a puffed millet cereal with a banana or I’ll do oatmeal with an egg white whipped in at the end.”
“Justin, my husband, taught me that little move to get extra protein! Right before [the oatmeal] is finished cooking, you just whip in an egg white and it kind of gives it this fluffy texture that’s delicious.” Oh Jen you are wild.
Lunch for Jen means “some form of vegetables or salad with protein—pretty basic” and dinner is “probably the same.” But what about snacks? Surely Jennifer enjoys the occasional snack? A burger? NO! No burgers?!
Jennifer admits that she does enjoy the occasional snack, which usually consists of “an apple and almond butter” or just an apple and some nuts. Well that’s crackers… oh no wait, Jen doesn’t eat those.
