Scientists say that speeding up of your metabolism is the best way to lose weight. There are many natural types of food that will speed up the metabolism, so you don’t have to avoid certain types of foods and starve, you just can change the spices.

At the University of Medical Sciences in Iran, scientists formed 2 groups, both with 44 women who are overweight.
In a period of 3 months all women attended on lectures about healthy lifestyle and healthy eating. Their menu is designed to consume less than 500 calories per a day.
The difference between these two groups was in that the participants from first group in this period ate cumin powder mixed with 140 ml yogurt. The second group also consumed yogurt, but without any spice.
After the period of testing, first group of women lost 14 kilograms.
The results are even more interesting when it comes to fat lost. Namely participants in first group lost 14,64% more fat than women in second group that lost only 4,91%.
The reason for this big difference is the spice cumin that is phytosterols. This plant is known by the ability to disable retention of cholesterol in human body. Also many scientist claim that cumin is able to accelerate metabolism.
This spice is also great in combination with any meal you want. You can add any spice you want in the meal. Spices are easily mixed with other spices and many meals and enhance its flavor.
